Molly’s Story

Molly had always sung to her children because her mother had sung to her. However she used to quarrel and beat them.

Through Lullaby Africa’s teaching she has learned to talk to them instead, be gentle with them, play with them and massage them. She has seen the difference in her children.  She says that her three year old is now more curious and asks questions.  He has become more confident and able to go to the local shops and find what his mother has asked him to buy.   So has Molly.

Because she now understands the importance of bonding with one’s baby she has the confidence to teach others.  She goes to hospitals and clinics and helps pregnant mothers and mothers of babies.  Her help is welcomed by the medical staff.
